If you waste my time and I never see you again - I didn't do my initial job properly

If I think your a lazy arse who is simply going through the motions - I'll refer you on - sorry my clients need me. This is my career and you will be my responsibility.
We have to find an activity that you enjoy. We will be a partnership. I have more to lose than you do, because if I can't get your before photo looking more to your liking - your the one who will squish my reputation!
The only exercise for you is the one you'll actually do, with or without music. I have to figure out what makes you unique, how to entice you do start a routine that you will find envigorating.
Walking is a great place to start since it doesn't require any equipment, throw in some dancing - I can not emphasie how important excellent music is to weight loss, it's about the feeling of success that we are trying to establish. We will also get you into activity that involves your real life outside the gym, something with continuous movement like cycling, swimming, running, aerobics, rowing, soccer, rugby, netball etc.

Group Fitness (friends that count) - After your 16th session I give a free intro session to one of your friends - after that they can join your sessions at a discounted rate AND your session price goes down as well - 16 sessions is about when your ready to show off!

I manipulate thermaldynamics with ensuring your calcium and other dietry needs are being met. I want to make sure you understand your digestion is just as important as your seleltal muscular make up. I need you to tell me if your parents slouch, if your prone to knee or hip issues.
