Requirements:

  1. You are required to have your body fat measured and it must be within the appropriate limits for your age group. If your body fat is not within these limits you are not eligible for this offer.
  2. At you trial assessment all of this stuff will be checked and filed away for future reference and updates.
  3. You must train with me a minimum of 3 times a week with one of these sessions being at Les Mills Gym.
  4. and on your own you must do a minimum of 4 weekkly cardiovascular training sessions for a minimum of 20 minutes each. This can include dancing full on for 20 minutes, biking, kickboxing, karate, rowing, running, etc. but each of these once x 4 times a week.
  5. You can only miss three personal training sessions within the 3 months. This includes sick days.
  6. You are required to follow a reasonable diet.
  7. Must be a beginner, this policy does not apply to fit individuals.
  8. Results will be specific to the goals we work out on your frist trial session with me, results will be documented by photograph and will clearly show the before photo with a similiar photo for the 3 month period.

Results are considered to be an decrease or increase in size and mass of one or more muscle groups but not necessarily all your muscle groups at once.

Some individuals have a specific muscle group that responds faster than their other muscle groups so we will include things like your comparisons to your resting heart rate, scales, girths, body fat percentage You get the idea - I have so many resources available to me - you are not going to be dissappointed!.
