You will laugh, you might cry but through determination not pain. You will be honest and you will not be happy about our discoveries, we have a road to travel and some idiot put bumps in it. I'll get you over them and I'd like to meet your friends because they can help too.
I want to hear how you felt after your last session, what hurt, what was too tight, what felt good, how much extra energy and enthusiasm do you have since last time.
Has your ability to breath as I will show you, has it given you the confidence to climb several extra floors without gasping like the flailing fish?
Choose 1-2 stretching exercises for each muscle group and do 6 small sets of 8-16 through out the day. At home, at work, in the stair well, in the loo, in the shower. Don't slip - I'll think your daft if you forget to make sure you have complete control of your balance.
I know you will lose fat, gain muscle tone and flexibility.
I know you will increase your intake of oxygen, thus moderating your intake of poisons which in turn aids your metabolism, aids your transitional blood molecules and makes you one better individual.
You will notice your are healthier, better able to get over bugs and germs.
More resilient to insults - you'll just be a better person.
