I want you swimming, aqualaughing with dumbbells.
I want you stretching - full body stretches as often as possible. And when no ones looking kick off your shoes and work out your ankles, when your in the stair well stretch out your calves, when your in the loo - do 15 quick pushups against the wall.
I want you getting off the bus two stops early. I want you thinking you'll ride your bike to work. I'm pretty sure thinking about it my be a start.
I want your walking with your boots on, listening to music and striding through the middle of the goth kids. Just live it.
I want you playing cardboard soccer, kick it.
I want you dancing for 20 minutes twice a week.

So what do you need?

Suitable shoes - nonslip soles with a bit of bounce padding

Aqua dumbbells

Swimming attire

Normal dumbbells - dance with them - make them your friends
- just crank the music

Steps where you can ballance comfortably and do your stretches - 3 sets through out the day

Swissball to do more stretches and have a good laugh - 20 minutes twice a week

A low cupboard or stable chair that you can put your foot on and do 15 stretches each leg

Sexy clothes - with undergarments keeping things where they should be!
