- My aim is to keep you working for 30 minutes.

I charge a simple turn up fee and am happy to schedule small groups IF your dog is disciplined.

I don't mean knives and forks at the dinner table - I mean will not create dominance issues and is social and not agressive around other dogs, also your dog can not be on heat in a public place - it's asking for troubles.

So if your dog is social, my fee per hour is $80, if it's not social $145. May as well get it trained to!

So lets get to a park or a beach and stretch it, throw it and chase it
- if it's fun it's still a work out!

Dog park exercises are slightly structured - we need to be in the area with the obstacles and the barriers for the dogs to go over, through the tunnels and up the wall. Your job is to keep up.

Changing your exercises every other day to manipulate other muscles. We will be avoiding over taxing any particular group of muscles - I want you happy, laughing and showing progress. I don't want you avoiding the gym, me and the mirror.

We will rotate the pace and intensity, we will make this fun, interesting and enjoyable. You will see progress and there will be zero tolerance for boredom.

After 6 weeks of conditioning you will notice your diet has changed, your not so intune with stressing perceived exertion - your eager to find out what challenges you have overcome, what goals you need to reset and with some struggle you will achieve them and have to reset again.
