A Fitness Assessment is a very important element of your Fitness program. It determines a baseline of your current fitness and allows me to get to know your strengths and weaknesses in order to apply a safe and effective exercise regimen.
A fitness assessment takes approximately 10 minutes every month - no getting around it. It's a time for me to check we are on track - no aches and pains, I check your heart rate, body mass, flexibility, strength, agility, breathing capacity. This is important to make sure your goals are on their way to reality.
*I watched work out sessions online, I tried the moves at the beach but I didn't keep it up because I wasn't motivated, I could find excuses for pretty much anything.

Appropriate goals, defined and explained. When I ask you to do an exercise for the 5th time, I will tell you in five different ways, what muscle groups your moving, pulling, extending, stretching. You will end up knowing why your body reacts, how it moves - thinking of it as a mechanical structure.
