There are these two bad guys sitting in a bar.
One is inactivity and the other is poison.
They're both good friends of mine - huge fun...
but sensibly speaking if it was 2000 years ago we could all go to a public stoning and smash them for the liars and corruptive individuals that they are. Today we keep them purely for entertainment value. We the pure - are also humbled by their presence. They remind us of who we could be. Who we all want to be - but we have principals and know that they will go to seed at the age of 45 - their bar stools will tip them off - and they in their flubberlike struggle will never gain a secure foothold - they just got trampled by younger slimmer bad guys.
So instead lets focus on becoming sensational icons that our colleagues are completely jealous of...
I can pin point which muscle groups need to be worked on to gain your results, by your third week you will have an understanding of every single muscle - you'lll know how to move it, flinch it and some times stretch it - we want blood flow.
I want to see more rich red blood flowing through your flabby bits. Seriously!
You will laugh, you will get active outside the gym, these are things I will help you with - I will keep asking about your hobbies and we will celebrate when you start going to some sort of activity on a weekly basis.
Each work out will be stress free, you will be guided through each session so there will be no boredom - no brain wander - you will be interested and challenged whilst we work on different areas, in different ways."
